Experience Details
Executive:
- Candidate Should have Should have been a commissioned officer in the Armed Forces/ Class I officer in CAPF with minimum 5 years of service.
- Candidate Should have Must have security experience in supervisory role in any major organization/industry in a leadership position.
Lead Commissioning:
- Candidate Should have At least 25 years’ experience in the Operation and Maintenance of Ammonia and Urea Plants of which 3– 5 years as Project Head /Unit Head and should have led the execution of at least one major Engineering and Commissioning project related to capacity enhancement, energy revamp or feedstock conversion in Modern Ammonia and Urea Complex.
- Candidate Should have Experience in the Functioning of Gas Turbines/ HRSG of Ammonia & Urea, General HSE Guidelines of Fertilizer Industry.
- Candidate Should have Experience in the administration and execution of Fertilizer Projects along with Contracting, Budgeting and Cost Control.
- Candidate Should have Experience in Process Engineering of Modern Ammonia and Urea Complex, Environment Compliances, Material and Energy Balances and Material Handling.
Lead IT & Digital:
- Candidate Should have served as Head IT for at least 5 years in Fertilizer Industry.
- Candidate Should have Experience in developing IT strategy and creation of IT Systems in Fertilizer Industry as Head IT.
- Candidate Should have Experience of implementation of SAP in Fertilizer Industry.
Lead HSE:
- Candidate Should have experience of handling HSE department for at least 5 years in Fertilizer industry.
- Candidate Should have Additional qualification in Safety/ Environment/ Occupational Health shall be preferred.
- Candidate Should have served as Head HSE for minimum 2 years.
Lead EQC:
- Candidate Should have At least 5 years work experience as Head laboratory of large capacity Ammonia – Urea complex.
- Candidate Should have Must have knowledge of all types of analysis required in large capacity Ammonia– Urea Fertilizer Complex including working on Gas Chromatograph, Mass Spectrometer and HPLC machine for neem coating.
- Candidate Should have Experience of setting up Laboratory for Process analysis & Quality Control.
