Educational Qualification: As per IIT Patna official notification candidate should have completed 10th, 12th, BE/ B.Tech, ME/ M.Tech, M.Sc, Masters Degree from any of the recognized board or University.
Experience Details:
- Candidate Should have Working/research experience in the field of design, fabrication, testing, packaging, memory devices, RRAM/Artifical Neurons, optoelectronic devices such as LED/Photodetectors, Photovoltaics, Sensors, fabrication techniques, modeling, and characterization will be given preference.
Age Limit: As per the Indian Institute of Technology Patna recruitment notification, the candidate’s maximum age should be 32 years , as on 01-01-2022.
