- Trade Apprentice (Boiler): B.Sc in Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry
- Technician Apprentice (Chemical): Diploma in Chemical/ Refinery & Petro Chemical Engineering
- Technician Apprentice (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Technician Apprentice (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Technician Apprentice (Instrumentation): Diploma in Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineering
- Trade Apprentice (Secretarial Assistant): B.Sc, B.Com, BA

Age Limit:
As per the Indian Oil Corporation Limited Recruitment Notification, the candidate should have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum of 24 years , as on 30-Sep-2022.
