Educational Qualification: As per IOCL official notification candidate should have completed Post Graduation, Master’s Degree, MBA from any of the recognized board or University.

  • Corporate Communications: Post Graduation Diploma/ Masters Degree in Journalism/ Mass Communication/ Public Relations
  • Human Resources: MBA/ Masters Degree/ Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource/ Industrial Relations/ Labor Welfare/ Personnel Management/ Social Work
  • Marketing: Masters Degree/ Post Graduation Diploma/ MBA in Business Administration

 

  • Age Limit: As per the Indian Oil Corporation Limited recruitment notification, the candidate’s maximum age should be 28 years , as on 01-Jul-2023.
