- Electrical: BE/ B.Tech/ Post Graduation in Electrical/ Power Engineering
- Instrumentation: BE/ B.Tech/ Post Graduation in Electronics/ Instrumentation /Telecom/Electrical Engineering
- Metallurgy: BE/ B.Tech/ Post Graduation in Metallurgical Engineering
