- Assistant Central Intelligence Officer: M.Sc in Chemistry/ Physics/ Forensic Science
- Scientist B (Ballistics): Masters Degree in Physics/ Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics/ Forensic Science
- Scientist B (Forensic Electronics): BE/ B.Tech in CSE/ ECE/ EEE, Masters Degree in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Forensic Science
- Scientist B (Forensic Psychology): Masters Degree in Psychology/ Criminology, Forensic Science/ Psychology/ Criminology
