- Deputy Director: 12th in Physics, Mathematics
- Scientific Officer: Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Masters Degree in Physics
- Photographic Officer: Degree
- Junior Scientific Officer (Physics): BE/ B.Tech/ Masters Degree in Physics
- Junior Scientific Officer (Neutron): Diploma/ Masters Degree in Chemistry
- Senior Grade of Indian Information Service: Diploma/ Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism
- Principal: Masters Degree
